Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour

3–4 boiled potatoes

2 green chilies, finely chopped

½ teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)

½ teaspoon red chili powder

½ teaspoon garam masala

½ teaspoon cumin powder

Fresh coriander, chopped

Salt to taste

Ghee or oil

Water

Method:

Mix wheat flour with a little salt and knead into a soft dough.

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Add green chilies, coriander, ajwain, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Make a dough ball and roll it slightly.

Place the potato filling in the center, seal the edges, and gently roll it into a round paratha.

Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides, applying ghee or oil.

Cook until golden brown and crispy.
